Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pericles Defense platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pericles Defense provides a cloud-based cybersecurity platform that includes:

• AD-Supervision — Active Directory monitoring, health scoring and security reporting
• CyberAuditHub — Multi-framework compliance assessment and management

The Service is provided on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis through a multi-tenant architecture with full data isolation between tenants.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Enabling two-factor authentication (TOTP) when available
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We enforce strong password requirements (minimum 8 characters, complexity rules) and recommend enabling 2FA for all accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or tenants
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Upload malicious code or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
• Exceed rate limits or abuse API endpoints
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized users

5. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

Each tenant's data is stored in dedicated, isolated databases. You understand that:

• Your data is logically and physically separated from other tenants
• SuperAdmin users may manage multiple instances within their tenant scope
• Cross-tenant data access is architecturally prohibited

6. Subscription Plans & Billing

The Service is offered under the following plans:

• Starter — €99/month (1 AD instance, basic reports)
• Business — €299/month (up to 3 AD instances, all reports, compliance modules)
• Enterprise — Custom pricing (unlimited instances, dedicated support, custom integrations)

Additional framework modules may be purchased separately. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. The platform includes built-in health monitoring and Docker orchestration for rapid recovery.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, documentation, designs, and content, is the intellectual property of Pericles Defense. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period.

9. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including Active Directory exports and compliance assessment data. We claim no ownership over your data. Upon termination, you may request a full export of your data.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pericles Defense is a cybersecurity monitoring and compliance tool. It does not guarantee the security of your infrastructure. We provide reports and assessments based on the data you supply, and you are responsible for acting on recommendations. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding any claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction.
